Victory MMA is a Christian Based Mixed Martial Arts Gym specializing in Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defence. It offers a wide variety of classes ranging from Muay Thai to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to Cardio Kickboxing for Women. We are situated in the Pro Active Health and Fitness Gym, Paradise Creek Plaza, The Ou Wapad Road, Ifafi in Hartbeespoort, North West Province.

The instructor Edwin Jay is a qualified MMA instructor with over 8 years in experience in martial art systems of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, Sambo, Commando Krav-Maga and Krav-Maga. Since a young age he has been training with some of the best instructors in Martial Arts. Edwin stands for that which is true and fights to develop the potential of those who train under him. Having been an assistance in training some of the best fighters in South Africa, he has been a guiding force in MMA since his early twenties. Edwin has gained knowledge from many hours of personal (one-on-one) training with South-African title-holders and World champions.

Edwin’s skillset and excellent knowledge in a wide variety of martial arts (including Sambo, Jiu-Jtsu, etc), takes MMA instruction to the next level – providing his students with the most cutting edge technique and practical application of effective martial arts, available today.

At Victory MMA we strive to provide our students with the best possible instruction, helping them reach their full potential in a safe and productive atmosphere, minimizing the possibility of injuries and creating an optimum platform for development. We take special care with each one of the students, helping them overcome barriers on their road to prime fighting form.
